THE BLEEDING OF THE ANOINTED

At the heart of sacrificial Kingdom ministry lies a mystery: the oil of anointing and the blood of sacrifice flow, inseparably, from the same vessel, in the same ministry, at the same time. The Bleeding of the Anointed establishes this priestly pattern through Leviticus 14's oil applied over blood, the high priest's breastplate borne upon the heart, and the Melchizedekian order of king and priest fulfilled in Christ. It then catalogs five categories of anointed bleeding: the bleeding of intercession seen in Paul, Moses, and Hannah; apostolic and pastoral bleeding; prophetic and visionary bleeding; the authority released by bleeding; and the wounded healer. Crucially, it distinguishes bleeding from breaking and sets out four anchors that keep the anointed from collapse before guiding them into a season of healing. For pastors, intercessors, missionaries, and every leader paying a hidden price, it is both a theology and a balm.
